As you know I have been in the design and construction  business for over 30 years and worked with numerous millwork  companies and I want you to know that EMI stands alone at the top in this industry due to many factors.

Your "hands on"  approach that  you and your team take has proven instrumental  in our  success in meeting tight  deadlines and working closely with  your engineering department  enables us to get the exact look and feel that we want...and more. They have the expertise to take my ideas and push it to the next level.

The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding and surpasses anything I have ever seen. And let's not forget the installation  team. These guys work tirelessly to meet every deadline. And not one has ever been missed.

Another great point is the fact that the team players have not changed since we began our relationship over six years ago which says a lot about the company as a whole. They have been a crucial part of our team and will continue to be as we grow and expand in the years to come.

Just a short note to compliment you and the employees at All State for the excellent job your company did on the custom fabrication of the new Legal Seafood – Harbor Side in Boston. This beautiful facility is the signature restaurant in the Legal Seafood chain and therefore was a very high profile project. With the help of our friends at All State the fabrication quality was excellent and what we come to expect from All State.

This was also a fast track project and as usual delivery was on time. My customer was very pleased with the outcome of this project which All State greatly contributed to.

Dear Alan:

EMI and RPS recently teamed on a very difficult, short fused project for a well known pharmaceutical company.  RPS was under the gun and liable for stiff financial penalties for failure to deliver on schedule.

The scope of the project included three down flow booths and three misting showers.  This was also the first seismically rated down flow booth sold to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.  The EMI team was able to modify the design to not only accommodate a very sound modular structure, but also to enhance the ability to optimize the fabrication process.  Both Bill Johnson and Wayne Ross were absolutely key to this effort.

The team was able to take advantage of lessons learned from the first down flow booth and incorporate so that factory testing could be bypassed with the others and sent directly to the client site. This saved two weeks in critical path time. RPS supervised the installation and encountered minimal problems, further attesting to the new modular design and consistency of the EMI fabrication process.

Because of the collaboration of efforts between EMI and RPS, a very important client is now a very happy client.  Delivery of this equipment on schedule will establish an excellent opportunity for more business going forward.
